All services are billed at the NDIS hourly rate of $193.99.

A standard session consists of 45 minutes of face-to-face direct services and 15 minutes of administration time for planning and session notes.

Travel is charged to NDIS clients at a maximum of 15 mins to the participant and 15 minutes from the participant.

A Medicare CDM plan will rebate $60.36 (as at Feb 2025) for a maximum of 5 sessions per calendar year. You will be required to pay the amount in full and then claim the rebate through Medicare.

Appointment reminders will be sent via email approximately 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

We kindly ask that families provide at least 24 hours’ notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur the full session fee.

We understand that children can become unwell unexpectedly. Therefore, each client is permitted one late cancellation per school term due to illness without charge. Any additional cancellations within 24 hours, including illness-related cancellations, may incur the full session fee.

This policy helps ensure appointment times can be offered to other families and supports the ongoing sustainability of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
