All services are billed at the NDIS hourly rate of $193.99.

A standard session consists of 45 minutes of face-to-face direct services and 15 minutes of administration time for planning and session notes.

Travel is charged to NDIS clients at a maximum of 15 mins to the participant and 15 minutes from the participant.

A Medicare CDM plan will rebate $60.36 (as at Feb 2025) for a maximum of 5 sessions per calendar year. You will be required to pay the amount in full and then claim the rebate through Medicare.

Seedling Steps OT provide services in Perth’s south metro and hills.

Clients will receive an appointment reminder email 48 hours prior to service. Cancellation fees of the full service amount will be charged if services are cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
